This policy clarifies our approach to refunds for purchases made from GAMELEZZ DMCC, Registration Number: DMCC196797, Unit No: O5-PF-CWC59, Detached Retail O5, Plot No: JLT-PH2-RET-O5, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (GAMELEZZ DMCC is referred to herein as "Gameless", "we", "us", "our") on our platform. This document is an integral part of our official Terms of Sale.

Our Philosophy

At Gameless, we are committed to delivering outstanding gaming experiences. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be what you expected, or you might change your mind. In these cases, we are willing to work with you to process a refund, provided certain conditions are met.

Abuse of this policy or violations of the Gameless In-Game Code of Conduct, Terms of Sale or the Terms of Use may result in ineligibility for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds can be requested through our support ticketing system on the website by writing us the details of the purchase and the order information. We can only issue refunds for purchases made directly through the Gameless platform. Please note that all items purchased in-game using in-game currency are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are typically processed to the original method of payment. In cases where this isn't possible, we may issue the refund as in-game currency or any other suitable way for each particular scenario.

Refund Guidelines

Games and Expansions

We offer refunds for paid games or expansions within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't played for more than two hours.

In-Game Currency

Purchases of in-game currency within Gameless games are final and not subject to refunds. Once you have completed a transaction to acquire in-game currency, you acknowledge and agree that it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

In-Game Items

Most in-game items purchased with real money can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as long as they have not been claimed, opened, or used. In-Game Items purchased with in-game currency are not refundable under any circumstances.

Game Services

Certain Gameless services can be refunded within three days of purchase. List of services will be constantly update please feel free to check out the shop page for any new services available for your perusal.

Subscriptions

Unused portions of Gameless subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Subscription time lost due to account suspension or closure is not eligible for a refund.

Pre-Purchases & Promotional Items

Pre-purchased games are typically refundable before their release, provided you haven't accessed the game or expansion for more than two hours via early access. Promotional item and items currently on sale, or unique story items and items won by the in-game auction are not refundable under any circumstances.

Gift Purchases

Unclaimed gift purchases can be refunded to the original purchaser within 14 days. If the gift has been claimed, the recipient must request the refund. Gifted in-game currency is not refundable.

In-Game Purchases Using Virtual Currency

Generally, purchases made in-game with virtual currency are non-refundable. This includes items like Battle Passes and cosmetic skins, loot crate, hero frames, card back and any other item sold within the in-game store for in-game currency.

Refunds for Third-Party Purchases

We cannot refund purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers. This includes purchases on mobile or console platforms or any other services offering the re-sale of Gameless services.

Regional Limitations

Please note that this policy may not apply in certain regions due to local legal requirements. Refer to local documentation for specific regional practices.
